WOW! I wasn't expecting that. I certainly see how that could be construed as raciest, but it could just mean she thinks Chinese men are sexier. I think people are putting to much emphasis on racism these days. That doesn't mean there are no racist's out there but not as many as there once was.
There are two sides to this. For the Chinese it probably isn't racist but for anyone outside of China it definitely is going to be taken as a very racists ad. The reason is they could have taken a typical Chinese guy, made him look dirty from doing the plumbing or whatever and gotten the same result but the fact that they took a black guy meant he needed 'cleaning' too!
It depends on how you see it, I don't think the company who made this ad will sell out themselves into making a racist ad to upset people. There are too many people overthinking about this and it's probably just that the woman's preference on men is just different than the other.
