Synthetic cannabis is not illegal, nor is it addictive. From my personal research I have found out that a vast majority of people who try it have an over whelming experience, and even those who enjoyed it choose not to do it again for a long period of time due to the intensity of the substance.

Although while it is a legal substance it is not okay to be intoxicated on school property, and the students should be punished for their actions. Public intoxication is illegal, especially when your teachers are responsible for your safety and you are off getting high.
