My basic plan for Corren is to just take third level as Rogue, with the path for Thief. I can tell Assassin can be useful in certain campaigns and such, but it is not Corren's style. As for Arcane Trickster, well, let's say Corren is a bit down on magic at this exact moment.
He will spend the year doing his job with Clear Creek's guard. The months that Zinna is gone may find some people feeling he is unusually terse, smiling a bit less than usual. And I think, Kyrroeth, we may have to do another post on the Side Thread, about their eventual reunion. Time to roll for HP...
Aeric, how will Zinna being a fey pact warlock affect the way she is viewed? Would she be treated like a Salem witch if it was found out? Down the road I plan on talking the Pact of the Chain with the improved familiar. How would the residents of Clear Creek react to her walking around with a pseudo dragon on her shoulder? Would Sir Leo be obligated to report or break with the Maker somewhat? How would the rest of the party feel about it? Sorry, I know this is a lot of questions. I'm just trying to get a feel of how much she should hide that she is a warlock.
Zinna is among the Defenders of Clear Creek and would have some idiosyncrasy credit, if you will, but it would still probably be in her best interest not to reveal the warlock nature. Walking around with a familiar like a psuedodragon would probably be forgiven as an eccentricity that the villagers would accept from one of their local heroes but knowing that she is receiving power from another entity would still be seen as her being in league with the Destroyer and would probably do a lot to destroy her credibility. Because she helped with the Grell they might not be quick to report her to the Akashic Order, but they would still be likely to become suspicious of her.
Leo's position would require him to make a decision about reporting her and failing to do so could result in sanction if it was discovered that he was aware of her affiliations and failed to report to his superiors, in this case Father Marcellus. Of course Leo has already reported this to Father Marcellus, though I assumed Leo is unaware of Zinna's upcoming class shift so this would not have been reported. In other words neither Leo nor Father Marcellus know that she is going to gain a level in the warlock class but if Leo were to find out, again he would be obligated to report this to the Akashic Order or face sanction.
Were Leo to be sanctioned he could lose his status as a Paladin until it was reestablished by Inasayah and this could be a potential path for him to make that shift from Maker to Archfey Patron.
Ok, the usual interpretation is that a paladin's abilities are fueled by his deity, his cause, and/or his faith in the same depending on what fluff you prefer, and are not subject to the whims of any nondeific being or group of such.
The church of the Maker could strip Leo of his title and social standing among other things, but they couldn't strip the abilities associated with being a paladin. The only thing that can do that is if he willfully and unrepentantly violates the precepts he is sworn to (Or the deity gracing him withdraws that support, but the Maker, if he exists at all, supposedly doesn't actively intervene like that in this setting).
For now at least, I intend for Leo to become increasingly certain that the Queen and those with her are generally speaking on the side of the Maker, even if they don't acknowledge him, and less certain the church and the will of the Maker are truly synonymous. With that understanding, he would consider Zinna innocent of any wrongdoing remotely worthy of her being painfully executed. With that in mind, reporting her status as a warlock would directly violate the precepts of Leo's Oath and possibly cause him to fall, while protecting her secret, so long as any sacrifices in that pursuit are not too great, would fulfill it.
Not that choosing to violate his obligation to the church would be an easy matter, it was his life in many ways, but ultimately it is the lesser of his duties.
Of course, all that is based on what I understand to be the default. If your setting works differently, by all means let me know.

A Paladins power, like a clerics power is not necessarily fueled by a deity per se, but their faith/devotion fuels their ability to access magic so you are correct in that the Church itself does not necessarily have the ability to strip Leo of the magical powers associated with being a Paladin; they can only strip him of his title and place in the Church. This also means that he does not necessarily need to take the Archfey as a patron to side with the Fey Queen since, as you said Leo could come to believe that while Inasayah is not necessarily a deity, she more closely represents his understanding of the Maker's will than the Church does.
Paul, I missed your comment earlier. I think we will definitely have to [role-play] out their reunion in the inter character thread. It should make for an interesting time. She will be a little different than before. I'm not sure if she will tell him about her being a warlock or not. She would be afraid of what his reaction would be.
