Darn, I forgot about Zinna's equipment. Inasayah would have given Zinna some armor similar to what Adsila was wearing; form fitted and made of a sturdy but fairly flexible plant-like material that is formed around her by elven crafters who seem to be able to create and then mold the material in a manner similar to what she may have seen at Durmista regarding the elven buildings in the trees. The armor grants AC 12 + Dexterity modifier and grants a +1 bonus to any stealth checks made to hide among plants or foliage.
Inasayah, knowing that Zinna had her lute taken has another one crafted for her; it is masterfully made and Zinna can describe what it looks like though one element of it is that, like the bow and rapier that Adsila carried, the lute has silvery threads of material etched into it. The fey would have explained that this material is actually Mithril, a material that the people of Asendar have yet to encounter as it is found primarily in the Fey World.
That's amazing Aeric. I love that armor and lute. Would she have been given a bow or short sword possibly? I guess she should have kept one of those that Mradoric picked up. A better question might be how much would she earn entertaining and in service of Clear Creek. I'm asking because she has no warlock magic focus and no supplies of any sort. No money either. I'm trying to get her at least basically equipped before the next adventure.
Well, the initial suggestion I have is to consider ignoring the lifestyle expenses/incomes listed in the book. Dungeons & Dragons is notoriously bad at coming up with realistic numbers for its economy, and 5E is no exception. (I think it was 3.5e that had farmers starving to death because they couldn't afford to both eat the food they produced and keep farming because the profit margins were so bad. I mean, farmers aren't exactly known for being wealthy but come on…)
I'd work it the other way around. Don't worry too much about what the official numbers say and come up with something you think is realistic. First decide how far you want the group to be able to advance themselves in a year's time, and work out how that advancement manifests itself given what people are actually doing.
Someone focused on making money might end up with a lump sum of savings. Carrick could have made quite a bit of progress with his guild, and now has a few people he can work with during the next adventure, but might not have made much of a profit off of it, as resources were being poured back into the establishment. Leo isn't focused on making money at all, and his stipend is much smaller than what the others in the group are getting, but he's also doing a fair bit of active adventuring. He might stumble across the resources he needs for that suit of armor mentioned, find something he can sell/trade for the same, or he could just help out a few people willing to reciprocate. Friendly contacts with fey and elves would also be appropriate I think. With a more expensive lifestyle, Zinna might end up spending most of her stipend and entertainment income, but she's also received a fair number of gifts, that if expanded on a bit, could easily be her advancement for the year. She might have other opportunities depending on what she decides to do for the rest of it.
Just a few thoughts.

I need to re-think a few things for our inter-character post. I was not prepared for any other character to be involved at this time. A little later on would have been better. Oh, and I have meant to say for a couple of days now to Kyrroeth, I really dig your new photo! Maybe I'll find one to upload sometime…
