Mradoric spend a lot of his gold on his place and getting it all set up. I figure he still has some left but not sure how much. I never asked how much all that land in the woods would have cost him let alone getting a nice house built. I do not think the fence built around it would have been to pricey.

The land itself would probably not cost Mradoric anything really, but he would have to pay for labor and building costs. Using the Pathfinder Ultimate Campaign as a reference (For lack of a better one) a house generally costs 1,290gp using earned capital but 2,580gp just purchasing capital outright; of course given Mradoric's status in the community he could probably use the earned capital cost, and the fence would be built into that cost I think.

As far as how much gold each party member would have I can't say as I don't track that; I leave that as a responsibility of the player. I know Corren was getting paid as a town guard but he was then hired as the Undersheriff for Tywin making 1.5gp a day (A little above a modest lifestyle) so it would depend on what kind of lifestyle he maintained on how much surplus coin he would have each month. If he maintained a modest lifestyle he would gain about 5sp a day or about 15gp a month… I don't know, we went through a whole thing about how much everyone had made over the course of the downtime its buried back in the support thread somewhere I think. I do know we decided that they would no longer be getting paid a regular wage as Defenders; they would be paid a straight fee for each adventure they undertook for Tywin or the Village of Clear Creek. I don't think they were ever paid for their first two adventures though so if we did that they would have been paid 1,200gp to split among themselves.

She is not finished in concept, I had planned on working out further details as the story goes on, since her earliest reappearance would likely be the next downtime.

My initial impulse was for her to be among the tribe's few metalworkers, and he'd initially met her when he needed a place to work on the splint mail he is currently wearing. The primary alternative I am considering has her acting as a hunter/warrior for her people, and they met during an altercation while Leo was doing the escort thing between Durmista and Clear Creek.

By default Celodhil speaks to Zinna in Elvish, but if Corren understands Elvish then he probably would have heard what Celodhil said. I will send a nag to Brandonfett; hopefully all is well. Real life could have caught up to him. I'll give him a day or so to respond before we move too far ahead.
