Zinna's jaw drops as she sees what happened to the arrogant wood elf. Her face turns white as she thinks of what might have happened if Oomigig had not reacted favorably to her proposal. She realizes that the elf help turned the orc in her favor. " There you go Lorilys. Revenge is already being served up. We are fully committed to this now. There is no turning back. Lead on. Haste is the most important thing now. We must meet my friends before the Iliosani find us. In the event that we pass by somewhere with weapons we should grab some. I am still exhausted from my session. I will do the best I can. Let's go, as our orc friend said. "

As they enter into the larger tunnel, Carrick stows his hand weapons and pulls out his bow, "Ye'd think livin' und'r mount'ns most yer life ye be use to th' dark, cramped places." The dwarf pauses for a second then continues, "Not this dwarf. Much rath'r be out in th' open forest. Too many lit'le nooks an' crannies fer all mann'r of things t' hide in an' not 'nuff space fer ye t' get away fast if ye need to."
As Parsnip tells Carrick about the spiders, and the other traps placed in here to keep the pixie's kind out, the dwarf turns his attention back to the ground, trying to pick up on any tracks.
"You're not alone in that" Leo controls his breathing as he enters the tunnel after Carrick
As they go through the passage, Leo focuses on letting the minimum light slip between his fingers needed for him and those behind to know where to place their feet. Until and unless stealth is no longer an option, he's relying on the dwarf and pixie before him to guide the way.
Carrick keeps an eye out for anything unusual in the environment that might suggest the presence of other creatures and just before he and Parsnip prepare to round a corner Carrick calls for a quick stop. He looks about the walls of the tunnels, the floors, and even the ceiling after a strange pattern of dirt being lightly disturbed catches his eye. The tracks appear fairly fresh and the small spindly hair he finds on the wall confirms his suspicion that a giant spider is nearby and may have been scouting out the party as well… there may be an ambush up ahead. If presented with this information Parsnip goes pale and refuses to go ahead of the group stating that Spiders seem to have an uncanny ability to detect Pixie's even when they use their invisibility talents.

Zinna, Oomigig and Lorilys move quickly through the cavern until they come to an opening that Lorilys points out. The opening is covered in a thick wall of thorns and two Illiosani guards stand nearby dressed in elven leathers and armed with long bows and short swords. "That is the way out" Lorilys whispers to Zinna as they peer out from the corner of a wall "They usually don't keep a large number of guards down here and they seem to have some means of communicating… maybe sending stones. We have to find a way to incapacitate them without raising an alarm and then figure out how to get through the thorn wall"
Corren whispers, "If I could see in this darkness I'd move forward to get its attention and run back. I am faster than Carrick." He pauses, then shakes his head and says, "Make ready here for an attack. Leo, give me the glowing stone. I'll be back shortly, bringing company."
Out of Character: : The plan is to stealth forward, knowing the little bit of light from between his fingers is giving away his position. Once he can either see a foe to shoot with his bow, or they move to attack, he will be using Disengage and Dash to lead them back to our group. This is what Corren feels being leader is about…
As Corren moves further into the tunnel, Carrick takes a couple of step back and then readies an arrow for whatever might be close behind the rogue as he comes running back.
Out of Character: readied action longbow attack on the first hostile creature that comes into view.
Leo hands the small stone over, "Be careful my friend"
He will ready his glaive and shift to a position where he can skewer anything coming down the passage, preferably just behind a bend to minimize the warning.
