Kyrroeth is speaking the truth but its way more easy to say it than to get it done. While there are issues with the police there are also issues with some out to get the police as well. While Micah Xavier Johnson already got the penalty of his actions those who influenced him need to be brought to justice.

'When bullets started to fly, they did not flinch': Obama honors officers slain in Dallas
The president gave a broad-ranging speech at the Dallas memorial Tuesday for the five police officers slain by a sniper last week. Following other speakers including the mayor, Police Chief David Brown and former President George W. Bush, Obama cited the irony of the slain officers being killed as they were working security at a protest against police conduct. He also talked about race relations in the U.S., saying "We all know" race bias exists. "Americans are struggling right now with what we witnessed last week," he said, mentioning the police-involved shootings of black men that preceded the Dallas tragedy. Ref. USAToday.
Are we going to have something like this happen every time a black person is killed by police? While some cases are totally biased most of the time police have justification and one or two bad cops should not now make thousands of other cops afraid to do their duty.

It is mostly the media doing a lot of this. Look at crime statistics and you will see white police officers killing more white men than black men.
The Black Lives Matter movement is a joke. Do you see them protesting in Chicago where there has been over 500 shootings mostly committed by Blacks shooting blacks? If they are there the media is being very quiet about it.
The biggest threat to anyone by the police is clearly doing something illegal and then not following their directions. It does not matter the color of your skin.
The police will always be there to protect the citizens even from bad guys that want to kill the police. That is their job. They also look for bad apples in amongst them and weed them out. Yes some get missed but that is human nature. Blaming the police for everyone problems is not the answer and I can safely say no police officer goes to working wanting to kill someone.
Report shows that Army took away gun from Dallas cop shooter Micah Johnson
A sergeant who supervised Micah Johnson, the man who killed five Dallas police officers in July, told the Army that his gun should be taken from him in 2014 because he posed a potential threat, according to an Army investigation released Wednesday. The report, finished in May 2014, was conducted after a female soldier complained that Johnson had sexually harassed her while they were stationed in Afghanistan. Ref. USAToday.
