At least 16 people were hospitalized in New Orleans Sunday evening, following a shooting during a party at a city park, local media reported. The party followed a second line parade at Bunny Friend Park in the city's Upper Ninth Ward. 3 suspects arrested in plot to kill Baton Rouge officers, police chief says
Chief Carl Dabadie said police uncovered the plot after one suspect was arrested following a burglary at a pawn shop Saturday night at which guns were stolen. Two more suspects were later arrested, and a fourth man is still at large, Dabadie said. One of the suspects arrested is a 13-year-old, Dabadie said.
