OOC: We may need to give Quasar a nudge. He hasn't posted here in awhile.

*Looks around the sparsely populated bar room, taking in everything, then looking back at her party*

Perhaps one of you will have better luck than I with our silent "friend" in the corner. Another pint of ale may loosen his guard and his lips. The knowledge he holds may prove to be of some value.

Kalfie motions the serving wench over and asks her to serve an ale to the hooded stranger in the corner. *passes her enough to cover the errand.*

OOC: I am not sure that buying the stranger a round will help much., I guess we wait and see.

Page 17 Fight Bar camp

Kalfie motions the serving wench over and asks for an ale. Once it is brought Ewqene takes it to the hooded stranger in the corner.

*Kalfie passes her enough to cover the ale.*

Ewqene places the ale before the stranger and tries to strike up a conversation. She even comments on the rudeness of the serving wench.

Ok all vote who should do the task. I vote for the person with the best soul. aka Ewgene. If sever violence is thought to occur then I shall do the deed.

OOC: I say let the serving wench serve him. Ewgene can follow the wench to the table to strike up conversation with the figure. That way if it gets angry she is backed up by Krakyn.

The stranger does not appear to respond to the ale, it appears he is not much of a drinker. I could send a well placed fireball in his direction but I don't suppose that would get us the results we are looking for. But I imagine it would get us a response. *raises her eyebrows, smiles and shrugs her shoulder*
What if we buy him a "room" and sic the bar wench on him. See if THAT gets a response out of him.

OOC: what have we missed in the room? Anything? I wonder what would happen if we just tried to leave.

OOC: I believe we have not missed anything of yet. I believe that this person is waiting on someone to come into the bar and is keeping to them selves until that person or persons get here.

Perhaps we should ask the wench what she knows about the stranger. How long has he been waiting and has he been here before? Has he done anything but sit there silently sipping his ale since he arrived? Has he said but a word?
