Ah then las, ye have need of meh company right?
* As though waiting for an answer he instead sits himself down *
* With a bit of ale trickling down his beard he continues *
So lassie, from which abode has thy petals hailed from?
*Egwene watches warily as the gruff stranger seats himself on the adjacent bar stool then subtly slid her own stool back a few inches to maintain a comfortable distance.*
*She takes a sip of her juice and responds*
I've just come down from the North Country. What's your story?
Ah, well meh story be of far lands, fighting the heathens and drinking meh special drinkie, Village Ale...
* He lifts up his mug, slurps a big gulp, more ale trickles down his beard *
That juice fillin' yer up? Juice is fer children eh?
* Not expecting an answer he looks around as though trying to monitor all around him. Then looking back he continues... *
Why all this equipment las, ye an adventurer or gypsy of sorts?
*Egwene looks around the crowded tavern to see what has put this new acquaintance on alert. The tavern is filling up and there is still no sign of her wayward party.*
Juice may be a child's drink but it keeps my wits about me when I need them.
*She then nonchalantly raise an eyebrow and shrugs*
It never hurts to be prepared, you never know where adventure will find you.
* Then looking around the tavern again he look at you and says... *
Well las, nice ter have met with thee for a moment of time. I be off now to do some items on meh calendar.
* He takes a gulp of ale, rests it with a thud on the table and moves off and out of the tavern *
*As the gruff, odorous stranger leaves the bar Egwene notices as he brushes shoulders with another on his way in. This newcomer is strikingly different in his gleaming suit of mail. She watches thoughtfully as he orders up at the bar and quickly downs an ale and a shot. She tentatively sizes up this new warrior and wonders how useful he would be in battle."
Feeling more sedated after his last drink he orders another and turns feeling able to face what may come.
"Keep have ye heard anything of the south in the last few days?", he wait for the man behind the bar to drool his answer.
OOC I think Krusten has some valid points on the decision making we need to set some guide line to make it easier for the party leader. Some times people make posts but their intentions unclear.
In the case where the choices are obvious each member should ensure to post a definitive answer close as to a yes no vote idea that can happen then if tied the Leader can make a roll to decide which choice is made.
Any suggestions like this we need to place at the start to keep thing moving smooth.
Also I know I will be off for one week in two weeks time so if any here object to this I will step out. I find a campaign is a few weeks long. I think Klar is taking off the same week. We will need to advice the GM if any do this so that their rpg status is saved.
Have fun all!
