Sting - The Police

The Police brought a mixture of reggae and pop music into the world of rythm that has lasted for ages. Sting, a member of the group, went on his own, but is still a living legend. A lot of his songs are realistic and talk about issues in life. What is your view on his music?

I loved The Police, and I love Sting! Did you know he was an English teacher?? Before he became famous, of course He has a great voice, and a great talent.

Sting - The Police Sports & Fashion Music Movies

I preferred Sting and his music when he was with The Police. They had that edgy type of sound and their lyrics were mind blowing at times. He really calmed down once he went off on his own, and lost that edge, in my opinion.

Don't ask me to pick a favorite- I loved them all.

I used to love the Police in the 80's, and Ghost in the machine, was one of my first LP's that I ever bought

Sting on his own is still very good, but his style of music is definitely softer. Still though, he has great talent, and has put a lot into the music industry over the years.
