Michele Leonhart will soon step down as the head of the Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Officials said.
Leonhart failed to satisfy critics in a congressional hearing last week on an inspector general's report that found instances of DEA agents attending sex parties with prostitutes paid for by drug cartels.
Leonhart also has angered the Obama administration by appearing to resist federal rules relaxing enforcement on marijuana. Ref. CNN
