A young British mother who was gang raped by teenagers in front of her crying children has criticised YouTube for broadcasting footage of the attack.

Having a video of your crime is not very smart. All that does is show the prosecution and the jury just how guilty you are. Then again criminals have never been the smartest cookies in the jar. I hope these three teens get everything they deserve for such a crime. Plus to do it in front of her children. That is even more wrong.

Youtube is not a pre-approved service. People can upload whatever they want and it is only through the reporting of right thinking people that copyrighted, heinous and distasteful content removed. That is the way the internet is run in most place except maybe here as I've never seen anything of that nature here unless I have not looked diligently enough.

This is a very sad situation and as Klar mentioned, how stupid can they be? It is almost like criminals, especially when they are teens, think they are untouchable and can flaunt whatever they want without any repercussions. I am going to search and see if anything ever came of it.

I am just glad that there is evidence that can be used to put these people in jail. I pray that the children and her will overcome this tragedy.
