Panhandling is not really against the law and it is quite common to spot at certain areas of T&T, some people usually take them on and try to help them out by paying something small for them or a small amount of money. Some others will just ignore them like they didn't even exist as they are annoyed by these kind of people, unfortunately that is the majority.
