Showing off some skill, Krusten jumps clear over to the other side in stylized fashion much to the amazement of those watching. Krusten executes the Jump Skill without failure and blows their fingers while rubbing it against their clothes. 14 gold pieces is given to you for Jump success. Many clap and raise their mugs in your honor. Krusten received 50 experience points.

Chat Tavern Town The

Still slightly dusty after returning from Anglesey; the man who once began his journey here as one of Stefan's cooks - enters with a slightly tired glance around the room. A new challenge is announced, but he does not seem interested in performing at this particular time. Instead, he goes over to the farthest corner of the tavern, and sits with his back to the wall. A mug of ale is brought to him and promptly paid for, but other than a nod of thanks to the serving wench - he makes no reply. The ragged patrols have wearied him, and the constant training both at the Paladin and Bard guilds have added to this weariness seen in his eyes and the slight slump of his shoulders. And, yet, there is new strength and wisdom seen within by those who remember him from the days when he first began. His glance is sharper, and there is an aura of goodness around him more than there was before. After a sip from his mug; still he says nothing to the crowd gathered around - though he notices the woman named Krusten present again. His previous visit to the Tavern did not seem to overly impress her, but then - of course - she was much more experienced at such things than he was. Eyes rove over her for a moment, but for no longer than such time. Indeed, he had recently come into the Monarchy Clan - to which she belonged, but their paths had not crossed more as yet.

The Town's loud Tavern Wench calls for a Reflexes competition of which clumsy Jarod accepted. A mug or two don't make it into the hands of Jarod but instead hit the table and floor! Jarod is sorely unlucky! Jarod is hurt while trying the Reflexes Skill.

Watches as one of the patrons attempts the Reflex challenge, and inwardly cheers for the young lad. Alas, he notes how a couple of the mugs don't make it to his hands. There was a time when that would have been him being the clumsy one, but such days have come and gone from all the battles and training he has endured. "Perhaps next time, you will be both swift and agile, Lad," he speaks up to encourage him from his table in the corner.

Helena executes the Jump Skill without failure and is delighted at how it turned out. 19 gold pieces is given to you for Jump success. Many clap and raise their mugs in your honor. Helena received 35 experience points.
