Ah er well. Joking hasn't been my strong suit but let's see. Here's a traditional Dwarvish one. A Dwarven grandfather takes his grandchildren swimming in an underground lake. Suddenly the smallest grandson gets pulled out into the water by a dark tentacle. Panicked, the grandfather prays to Pymurg to stop the monster. "Oh great god, please bring my lad back! Please let him live!" Suddenly, the tentacle whips back out of the water again, setting the little dwarf down right at his grandfather's feet. The grandfather scoops the lad up into a hug. Then he stares up at the heavens again and says, "He had a hat."

It is one thing for someone to loose a challenge. It is another to do the same while drunk. The drunk will try again and again, or fall flat on the ground, which would be more shameful. The Town's loud Tavern Wench puts up a dare for the Reflexes competition of which silly Arthur accepted. A mug or two don't make it into the hands of Arthur but instead hit the table and floor! Kestrel claps his hands in a slow rhythm, getting the crowd to do the same. In the center of the floor, he squats into a gravity-defying seated position and kicks both legs out in time to the clapping, throwing his arms out to either side at the same time, then brings his legs back under him and folding his arms across his chest.
