Getting A 405 Error - Method Not Allowed

Does anyone know what is the most likely issue when someone visits a site and they get either that message or error of too many directs? Is it their DNS? Some people want to play ROK II but I notice it is a unique problem for one or two people. I've checked on multiple devices and connection and I can login just fine.

Fantastic recommend. I installed it, however it does not show any problems. A couple of users complain that when they visit the site they get too many redirects and the follow on link (A different domain) they get 405 error. We've checked the server, no errors. I tested with Fiddler, no problems so I do not know what it could be. Does it load with errors for anyone here?

I believe I have solved this issue. As it turns out it was a bit of .htaccess code left over from Apache 2.2 that was incompatible with Apache 2.4. If anyone should still encounter problems please let me know.
