I am one that if I make a mistake on something bring it up to me on the question thread so I can see where the player is coming from and then take that into consideration as I look over the books to see if the player has a valid point. I know we all are not perfect and mistakes do happen. We learn from it and grow from it.
Once a determination has been made and everything is spelled out then we go from there. Usually it is all good. If I am still unsure about something I have a good friend who has been Dungeon Mastering as long as I have been and we talk about it to find a solution that will be used in both of our worlds.
If I knew it was wrong and I could find where it was in the rules then I would dispute it. If the Dungeon Master still wanted his way I would want a good explanation. Truth is I really on most for the rules of these games so I tend to go along as I'm told. .
