Abby Wambach has come forward to state that she is human. How is this any different from any other big star athlete. Is it because she is a female athlete and we would not think this can happen. She is as human as any one of us and can abuse drugs or alcohol like anyone else. It just appears she was smart and did not get caught when she was abusive to herself, unlike some male athletes have been. And her not being in the news makes it a bit of a shock to some.
