Suoen the Assassin
Suoen, stands 5'6" tall with a skinny body. Suoen has black hair with small amber eyes. Suoen has pale skin and a plain appearance in general. Suoen has chosen to improve the wellbeing and safety of his town by taking on bounties issued by the guard. Suoen views alliances as something to be loyal to so long as both parties respect the alliance and abiding by the alliance doesn't start any unnecessary pain or harship to friend or foe alike.
