I don't see this happening now, maybe 20 years ago when terrorism was something you only heard out of the middle east this might have been an idea to look at.

Well I have no Issue with the country's named except the EU. Eliminate the EU just leave in England and it might work out ok.
Terrorist have sleeper cells every where any how so I do not think this will make a difference.
I personally see no real advantage to doing so though.
