Authorities released more details about the officer-involved shooting Tuesday that left a man, identified by police as Alfred Okwera Olango, 38, of El Cajon, Calif., dead. Olango pulled out an electronic cigarette he had in his pocket and pointed it at an officer before he was shot and killed, police said in a statement. Ref. USAToday.
