Lindir Introduction

Hello! Found somebody posting about your site on another forum and the whole "No need for a gm or other players", playing post by post games solo intruiged me. I have no idea how that will actually work but I thought I might as well try. I've played post by post games for a while now and I have always loved to describe as much as possible when I play so I figured if this place is as advertised it should be exactly what I am looking for. Tho I wonder how exactly if I make a post for my character and what his actions are who will set the scene for me and who will respond and controll the non-player characters? I looked at all of your introduction videos but they did not anwser my questions. So I figured I would just register to see what this is all about.

Hi Lindir. As you start ROK II it will explain itself. You however put the reason for joining as Pathfinder? Were you looking to play that too?

I've currently started writing on my character introduction so I guess ill find out how it works one that is done.

One question about the background however is what can I actually say my character has done? Can I describe him as a powerful mage who is the head of a large academy of the magical arts? Am I allowed to write whatever I like?

And as for the reason to join I was mostly aiming to try this whole Play By Post roleplay solo thing you have going on. I simply put playing pathinder to have a valid reason to join as I did not find anything closer.

Thanks for answering Lindir. In the process of creating a character you would have read a story. You are a teenager, now starting out so you make it based on that story to begin. You should not make it on something not yet presented in the story. The best place to ask about this is here: Ruler Of Kings 2 general thread.

If you are interested in path finder or Dungeons & Dragons you can go to those boards and join in too. You would be starting out as a first level character is some of the games but not all of the games. Many games are always looking for new active players.
