I absolutely loved fresh blueberries growing up. I haven't eaten them in years but have had them from a can in a pie. I don't think that is quite the same as fresh but I suppose its a start. I also have high blood pressure. I think after reading this article, I may start eating them fresh again for that purpose alone! But in the closer future, my mother makes this great flag cake with blueberries and strawberries that I love. Didn't ever realize something that good could be so good for you!
