So all that time when officials knew this kid was being bullied they did nothing to top it. This is what our society is today. We have all these schools talking about being "Safe" and "Anti-Bully" policies in place to protect kids but it is all talk. Nothing is ever done until the kid who is being bullied snaps and you end up with something like this. Now you have three kids whose lives are forever changed and other kids who are a witness to a very violent act. This is very sad all the way around and it could have been prevented if our schools would just stop talking the talk and walk the walk.
