Bees Killer Attacking Defend How
I haven't experienced this but if I was attacked by killer bees I would try to find some water in which to submerge myself. I have heard that the bees will move on once they can no longer attack you. I do not know for sure how true this is or if it is just a theory. I do think it is something I would give hope to.

A swarm of aggressive bees, suspected by an expert to be Africanized killer bees killed two dogs and hospitalized two people in Concord after appearing to take over a honeybee hive. Residents were advised to stay indoors and shut their windows. Ref. Source 7c.
