When I lived in Argentina I saw the kind of poverty that I thought would be left to some remote place in Africa. We would put out old junks on the sidewalk and people would literally flock to it and take all! I saw many children begging and people living in waste dump sites.Mind you, while this does not reflect the country as a whole poverty is very real and common in Argentina.
