I am on my way back from Anglesey. When I return I will have something to show you. It is the claw from the wyvern that I killed. I am sure you can make a lamp out of it or perhaps just rest it above your fireplace. It will be a good piece to talk about when visitors go to your home.

My desire for more experience and fortune led me to inquire of those who need a very skillful warrior. A couple of gold pieces and I was pointed in the right direction. I was immediately hired to look for gold as well. I am off to do this now.

Of late I am discovering that the more expensive mercenaries for armies are worth their time, skill and gold. They are very expensive when it comes to outfitting an army, but they do stand up to the attack of the enemy very well.

I have come to the conclusion in leading my armies that it is not necessary to have one type of soldier in an army. A good mixture is more economical and seems to bring better results. I believe I am becoming a better commander and chief with time.

Emily the Veteran joins the Adventure Party of Krusten

Emily, a veteran of the fighting arts impressed me with her ability. I never needed someone to assist me but as I go up in both experience and popularity I believe my life will be sought after by assassins. Therefore, I need someone to watch my back and I feel she can do this.
