I have the feeling that the Australian judges were looking for a similar look to the last Miss Australia winner, when they chose this beauty to represent them. Her dress seems so casual on her, but yet elegant. I guess this is why they call it 'Elegantly Casual'? Yet, I do not know if the designer was really looking for 'casual' in this.
