Comments: Sometimes I worry too much, even where there really isn't anything to worry about I'm still worried about something. I feel nervous like I can't relax, what should I do.

Much Worrying

Did you ever try Yoga or meditation? It can work wonders. Sometimes our brains can become like a computer, making very hard for us to relax our thoughts.
