This is not a brutal crackdown. I've been in countries with brutal crackdowns. Being detained 24 hours isn't brutal. The Tiananmen Square massacre was a brutal crackdown. This is us trying to enforce our laws for the first time in a long time. I'm torn by this issue being the grandson of immigrants. But they came here legally.
It's more slanted news coverage. Pick out one incident and make it seem worse than it is to make people think this is happening all over. Yet if an illegal immigrant kills or rapes a citizen they don't want to cover that.

I think you hit it on the head here. They have no problem reporting when the narrative suits their slanted view. And Fox is the same way just with a different slant. When the report doesn't jive with their view though or the current narrative they just don't report it at all.
Judge in Hawaii puts revised federal travel ban on hold
A federal judge in Hawaii has placed a restraining order on President Donald Trump's revised executive order barring the issuance of new visas to citizens of six Muslim-majority countries the day before the measure is set to take effect.
U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson took the action Wednesday, the Associated Press reported.
Hawaii last week had formally filed its lawsuit asking Watson to block the executive order. Ref. Source 6v.
