Motorbike riders aren't safe at all. They are always weaving in and out of cars breaking lanes all the time. You can start driving at 16 but I don't know if that includes motorbikes, I hope it doesn't. I don't have statistics but they ride all kinds of bike brands here. I do not think motorbikes are as popular as they used to be because our roads aren't good and the drivers are reckless.
I would commonly see young motorcyclists speeding through the roads and highways as fast as they can without hesitation. Blessed is right too, the roads need to be paved and fixed, especially the driver's behavior on the road with the common road rage.
