Is there anyway someone can marry a 17 year old legally in the USA?

Old Year Marrying
Yes a 17 year old can get married in the USA if they have their parents permission. Many wait till they are 18 or older nowadays. I have seen a couple that got married as soon as she got out of high school. She was only 17 with her 18th birthday over six months away. I believe if they are out of high school they should be allowed to marry if that is what they are really wanting to do.
