Losing fat in the Gym
If I am going the gym regularly and after six months still look the same with all this fat around my waist?
Muscled is right and if you are eating healthy and not losing weight then it might be the type of exercises you are doing. Cardio exercises burn fat more than just using weight machines and you don't even need to go to the gym for that. Jogging, walking, hiking, cycling… all are great for weight loss.
