Veteran Volunteer to Celebrate 100th Birthday

Woodrow Wilson was President when Veteran Volunteer Vincent Savarino was born. This month he will celebrate birthday number 100 during National Volunteer Week at the Wilkes-Barre VA medical center. Ref. Source 5x.

Pennsylvania Veterans History & Civil Business Politics

It is always nice to see some of these old timer veterans around to tell us their war stories. I get a few good laughs in with them when we compare some of the experiences we have had. To see this guy making it 100 years is great. I have been past the Wilkes-Barre VA but never went in there.

Pittsburgh Veterans Celebrate the Fourth of July. Independence Day parade at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center honors Veterans living in the Community Living Center. Third year for performers who call it the “highlight of their year.” Golden Triangle Performance Ensemble entertains Pittsburgh Veterans after parade around campus. Source 9f.
