A Historical Figure With Which You Can Relate

Is there a historical figure, someone in history whose actions or personality closely fits yours? I will like to know who you chose. If you choose someone less known please add some references so more can be learned about him.

That's a tough one. I always like to read about Napoleon and in some ways I get over zealous sometimes and it ends up with my foot in my mouth pretty much like how it ended for him.

Well for me I think Wilfrid May also know as Wop May (Due to his young cousin who could only say woppie when trying to say Wilfrid).

I think I relate or more so found admirable qualities as he often outside of the military service offered to risk his life to aide others such as his well know Mercy Flight. I think one of his crowning achievements was the hunt for the trapper of rat river who shot and RCMP office who later dies, in that it was the first time aircraft were used in a manhunt.

Also he was a large contributor to the WWII air combat strategy and training of pilots from many countries. Funny part he does not seem well known outside of Canada. I guess thanks to Billy Bishop who grew up near where I grew up, but I have never been able to give any great respect for this man. So perhaps it is the nature of giving and self sacrifice that weight in more for me.
