I'm glad they were people around that were able to stop her! How awful for this precious little baby! I hope this infant gets a loving home, far away from this woman who seems to be mental.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says a video obtained by investigators with the Department of Children and Families shows Elizabeth Garcia trying to hit the child with a rock.
The video reportedly shows Garcia holding the child in one arm and with a piece of concrete in her other hand. When she tried to strike the child, two men nearby were able to stop her. Source 3
