Comments: Has anyone experienced returns after buying an old warehouse in a not so active area? I was thinking if conversions would bring any benefits.

It depends on what you are going to do with it and if the area where the warehouse is located has a need for it. Of course you can make a killing with it but at the same time you might end up with a structure you'll be paying taxes for every year with no return in site.
