Are the authorities in Wisconsin equipped to deal with Veterans through education, culture change and integration? What is being done to help those who may suffered from PTSD during service?

Veterans Wisconsin

We do a horrible job of taking care of veterans in this country for the most part. There are a few states that go the extra mile in taking care of our veterans, like Texas, Florida, and North Carolina. Wisconsin is in the middle of the pack as far as taking care of veterans is concerned.
