Once again, the lights disappear when he gets close. This time however, Cratol does spot something when approaching where they vanished. About the size of a gnome, and thanks to the patterns on its hide almost invisible among the rocks it is hidden among, is a large froglike creature. It has its eyes closed, and is remaining perfectly still.
Looking about, the monk can see a second one nearby, likewise hiding.
"Come out I am not going to hurt you." He tries speaking in common, Elvish, and dwarvish to see if he gets any response. He will sit down and try to communicate with them if they do not understand. He will make no threatening movements towards them.
Cratol sits down and waits patiently to see what they will do. Like before he makes no threatening movement and just sits there patiently. He will have his staff laying across his lap but not holding onto it.

Nyzahr throws a meaningful glance back towards the spider tunnels where she just came from, then stares questioningly at the rest of the Blaze before giving a quick shrug: obviously there is no need of tracking, the monk has simply decided to stay back there and try his luck with the spiders.
Out of Character: : she will accompany anyone who wishes to go back there and find Cratol. If no-one steps to the task, she'll simply follow the group towards the Temple and leave the lone monk to his fate.
Cahleth is for once as frustrated as Lia. "I'm going to the temple too. I know Cratol, he is more than capable. Always able to get himself out of a pickle. Nevertheless, perhaps our bard could show Tallis and her company where he was last seen. Call him back up to us?"
Looking at Lia. "If some of us took off for the temple, we may gain enemy attention. Then when Cratol and any other stragglers surfaced, they could surprise the enemy force. We would have them sandwiched!"
