Poljen scowls but says, "She is right. We go leave and block the door, but we keep well away from the evacuees. If anyone is spotted, it must be us. We can lead them a merry chase split them into smaller groups. But if we can get back to the tunnel unseen, we will seal the door and make plans for further raids into the enemy camps. Go! Targul and I will go last so we can put the beam back into place."
Onwen watches calmly as people pour out of the temple as the last ones exit he spies the newcomer looking him over briefly. Gripping his staff casually he listens to them debate the next course of action, yet voices no opinion.
Targul will wait to be the last to leave with Poljen. As he heads for the back door, he grabs a lit torch left by the previous inhabitants and holds it up to the stone wall of the building, just to make sure. Then he'll throw it towards the door as he slips out the back door and heads back towards the cave.
As Targul and Poljen replace the timber bracing the back door, they can hear loud splintering noises from the front of the temple and cries of elation.
As Cahleth and Tallis join them, and the group begins pulling back from the temple, they can hear shouts of confusion within.

Inside the cave, Tolman does have some torches on hand. Not enough to truly brighten the place, but between them and the glowing fungus, people can see.
As Roscoe enters, he says, "Please make sure no one wanders off, I'm going to report back to the Governor." With that, he disappears down the passage towards the fort.
Lia grins at the barbarian. " I bet that was hard to say Poljen. " She looks to the bard. " I'm glad that you saw reason. Let us depart from here. " She will head back towards the tunnel as well along with the bard. Lia will keep her bow readied and keep glancing over her shoulder to watch for Targul and Poljen and also for enemies coming within her sight.
