Cahleth gives a silent nod to Lia. He's injured, but hanging in there. He pops out from behind his spot on the roof to fire another pair of arrows, one toward the dwarf, another toward one of the riders.
He then moves back, trying to be something other than a sitting duck.
Targul continues to push his attack. If none of the slimy kobalds are willing to close in and fight like men, Targul will charge them with his great sword and teach them how to melee.
Out of Character: Since we're not using maps and all of this is 'conceptual', I'm trying to give you all the ammunition you need to conceptualize Targul in a position of advantage for his attacks *smile* Plus, it ensures you have enough rolls to apply for most situations.

Poljen lets out an angry cry as the drake sinks its teeth into his leg. His feral grin grows even bigger as he turns and wildly swings his blade down at the beast's neck, hoping to remove the creature from his leg by removing its head from its body.
Out of Character: : If sleep takes out the drake on his leg, attack the next nearest bad guy who is up, be it another drake or cavalryman, though without the Reckless, since I want that Disadvantage for attacks on him back.
Fay looks at the desperate struggle going on and realizes he needs to do something drastic. He picks a point where he can get the maximum number of enemies, feeling confident his spell will target enemies only and dissipate long before it affects any of his allies. He starts to sing a song of sleep, throws a pinch of sand in the air and completes his incantation.
As his bonus action he sends Poljen some inspiration with another song.
Out of Character: Poljen gains 1D6 inspiration to use within ten minutes (Shouldn't be hard). The Sleep Spell comes in danger close for maximum effect and to hopefully get the creature grappling Poljen. Fay is casting it at 2nd level for maximum effect, thus 7d8.

Round Three
Cahleth and Lia both fire at the dwarf, but his horse rears up and the arrows miss.
Fay casts a sleep spell, and two kobolds drop out of their saddles, the weasels they had been riding bound off in confusion.
His storm having been dispersed, the dwarf instead chants something, Cahleth and Lia feel some force begin to grip their minds and dull their limbs. Lia manages to shake it off, but Cahleth does not. Within moments, he finds himself unable to move.
Poljen severs the head of the drake that had bitten him, and is freed to defend himself.
Targul meanwhile lunges out, and impales one of the remaining kobolds in the chest. In response, the last two kobolds turn their mounts and run, to the enraged shouts of their dwarven leader.
For their part, their initial attack having been blunted, the riders and drakes do a poor job of striking at the group.
Two of the riders break off and try to attack the Father, but before they get there, he begins glowing with a celestial radiance, and they seem reluctant to strike him.
Onwen sends a spectral hand flying out, it grips the Dwarven leader, causing him to grimace as rime begins to form around the point of contact
Out of Character: This round was notably less painful than the last, after their respective damage reduction stuffs, Targul took 11 damage, and Poljen took 10. Fay caught another slice for 7 damage. Went ahead and assumed Onwen would resort to cantrips since no higher order spells remained. Poljen is no longer grappled, Cahleth is currently paralyzed, he can attempt a Wisdom save at the end of each turn to break free.
Lia looks worriedly over at Cahleth. She feels her limbs loosening back up. Glancing at the situation below she calls upon Sune and gestures towards Poljen. She then takes aim at the dwarf again. Lia knows that it is critical to take him out of the fight as soon as possible.
Specific Action: Bonus action cast Healing word (Level 1) on Poljen. Action is bow attack on dwarf.
Poljen snarls with satisfaction as the cursed drake's head drops to the ground, leaving a tooth embedded in his leg. He ignores it and turns to the next closest foe, sword already swinging…
Out of Character: : Attacking whatever foe is nearest. Once I see what the roll is I will decide if I need to add my Inspiration die. Is the closest enemy drake or cavalryman?
