Fay sees a big man with metal armor on by Nyzahr, "I have something special for you" he thinks. He starts to sing a song of fire and combines the components of his spell while aiming for the man by Nyzahr. Then he sends forth more healing words towards the bard. When that is complete he sees Lia, running towards the mage, "Amillë, care" he yells. He will move his full move in her direction.
Poljen howls in anger, first when the magic helmet covers his face. Then again when he hears Cratol's reaction to his attack, and he realizes that the mage has forced him to attack an ally. He refuses to do this again and glances around. He sees the mage, but also sees Lia chasing him down. He does not wish to strike the cleric, so he keeps scanning, looking for an enemy the mage cannot see. He will rush in that direction, and attack whatever foe he can strike without being in range of an ally…
Out of combat: So my understanding is that the ropes are only tied in near the door, thus some men (Or women?) on the far end of Velon's rope are now free to move collectively, still tied to one another. Please let me know if I'm incorrect.
"You men, help get those boards loose!"
Velon moves as close to the door as he can and attempts to fire bolt another rope, the one the yellow haired man is tied to.
Pressed from all sides, Nyzahr decides to make some room for herself: with a quick series of arcane hand gestures and a sudden shout, she engulfs the attackers in a loud sonic blast, trying to create a breech to sprint away from the center of the melee.
Out of Character: casts Thunderwave on surrounding enemies. If any of them misses his saving throw, she will use the advantage to deliver a fatal blow to whoever is on the ground and move at full speed away from the center of the fray.
Needless to say she will make sure Cratol, Poljen or any other ally is beyond the 15 foot square feet sphere of damage of the spell before casting it.

Onwen sees the enemy mage flee and he can't help but try to pursue as the unexplained need to best other mages drives him forward. He will use his move action and a dash action and if he notives Lia pursuing as well he will try to join up with her.
Geoffroy will provide aid with his crossbow, though be ready to cast a spell if absolutely necessary as the cleric had lost track of how much times he had already used his magic. He knew this could become an issue, which is way he was giving cover fire instead.
Clearing most of the drakes was a relief, leaving such larger threats out of the way, though there was still more enemies to turn their attention elsewhere once the last two drakes were down.
Out of Character: I will have Geoffroy provide four rounds of crossbow cover fire towards the drakes, working to avoid his companions.
Round Four
Just after the mage forced him to attack Cratol, Poljen rushed off and engaged a skirmisher on the edge of combat, but he now misses his target
Targul and Tallis work together to bring down one of the bigger drakes. The halfling assaults the soft scales of its belly, and as it turns it head towards the outrider, Targul's sword bites down into it neck, severing the spinal cord. Only one is left, and it is looking fairly beleaguered between Geoffroy and the other outriders.
Fay gestures at a large man by Nyzahr, and his armor starts to glow red hot. Flailing, the man beats at his own armor, stumbling away.
Lia and Onwen rush forward past the twitching drake. They make it to the mouth of the alley. The mage is there, and is weaving another spell. Grinning at the pair wickedly, he unleashes lightning. A massive stream of electrical arcs bursts out of the alley, Catching Lia, Onwen, Cratol, and Nyzahr, along with two of the enemy. All but Lia fall in the blast. Chuckling to himself, the mage moves further down the alley.
With the fog gone, the archers are quickly mopping up the field. One drake, two tough looking men (One of whom is dancing about in red hot chain at the moment), and three very frightened looking kobolds remain.
[Nyzahr and Onwen fail their Dexterity saves, taking 27 damage. Cratol and Lia pass theirs, taking 14 each. I believe only Lia had the HP to remain standing, the rest are down and will likely need medical attention. Poljen has failed his Wisdom save, and so is still under Crown of Madness' effects, but was not near an ally at the start of his turn, and still is not.]
_____
Velon succesfully burns through a second rope. It occurs to him that if he gathers the remaining three ropes together, he might be able to burn through them all at once. At the rear of the room, a second board goes down, and there is now space for people to file out one at a time.
Given free ends to work with, people on both sides of the burned lines are able to free themselves from each other, if not the shackles themselves.

Onwen stops suddenly as he rounds the corner into the alley and spots the mage in the middle casting his spell. Onwens shoulders fall and he gives a look of resignation and defeat as he mutters "Well… that's no good" just before the streaks of lighting slam into him causing his whole body to contort in pain. Letting out a wretched howl of agony the world suddenly goes dark and Onwens body crumples to the ground, smoke rising from his charred form.
