Once inside, Targul will change into his new set of armor. He'll also say to the group, "It appears that our hideout has been discovered. I don't know if that door will hold should they try to get through it, but I'm thinking we should come up with a plan for when they try to or if they succeed."
As he's changing his armor he comes to the realization that he's already wearing Splint mail. With and audible, "Awe man!" you can hear him throw one of the pieces to the ground.

Out of combat: HA! Thanks for the laugh, Targul!
Velon would like to spend his time doing the following prioritized tasks as time allows while they are in the fort.
1 - Healing his hands (3 points from LoH pool)
2- donning his new splint armor, asking his new tinker friend for help as needed
3 - checking on the health of the other rescued prisoners, especially those from his warehouse and healing them via Lay on Hands, expending his remaining 7HP if needed
4 - Introducing himself to Poljen, Targul and any other heroes nearby, asking them for an update on what is going on and offering his services as a front line defender of those the party rescued.
Lia curses. " It appears they have seen our lights. Any idea what to do now Poljen ? We will no have way to sneak out of the fort now. I'm so sick of these people. "
Out of Character: : I assume all they can see is torchlight at this distance after dark.
Poljen says, "We'll never catch the first group, but I don't want the others around. Targul, Cratol! Let's see if they're up for a fight? If not, they ride off and that's enough. But fi they want to mix it up, let us send them to join their ancestors." He draws his blade and starts jogging in the direction of the observers.
" Let's put an end to them. I'm tired of hiding in holes. " She pulls her bow free and races full speed towards the enemy. Lia will use her full movement to get within range where she can target them. She will then begin shooting with her bow.

As Cratol closes most of the distance with shocking speed, Lia looses an arrow that badly wounds one of the scouts.
The men turn and ride off, the wounded man hunched over in his saddle. They don't get far before the cleric's second arrow finishes off the wounded man. The remaining two disappear around a corner before she can loose a third.
Out of Character: They weren't quite close enough for Cratol to run to, even had he forfeited his attacks for additional movement. You can have your two ki points back though.
Cratol looks to where they went. He shakes his head and heads back. He is disappointed he could not keep them from leaving and telling others where we went. He will walk back towards the cave.
Out of Character: one of the ki points was the speed for the step in the wind. So he will still have one left. Plus forgot to mention he is moving with fatigue.
