The key fits only one door, the middle of the three at the end of the corridor.
The door opens to reveal someone's personal quarters. Relatively plain, but comfortable. Wooden walls are to the left and right. It looks like they took one mid sized cave and split it into three parts.
The man who lived here kept the place about as immaculate as can be expected in a cave. There are only four pieces of furniture, a bed, a wardrobe, a writing desk, and a chair.
There are no papers out on the writing desk, but there is a small chest on top that is of the right size to hold documents.
"Onwen," Poljen says softly, "This is most likely the dead mage's room. Have at it." He backs out so their own mage can search its contents thoroughly. "Mari, see if you can open either of the other doors." The barbarian moves down the hall to stand guard, should anyone coming from deeper in the cavern happen upon them.
It takes a few tries, but Mari is able to pop the lock.
The small room beyond appears to be a meeting area of some kind.
There's a table, three chairs, and a large mirror held up by a steel frame. The mirror appears to be magical in some fashion.
Meanwhile, there's a banging noise inside the room you opened with the key. Onwen stumbles out of there, a little bit of smoke following him. His hand appears to be singed.

Poljen does his best to stifle a smirk at the sight of the singed mage. "Um, there is a magic mirror here. Maybe less dangerous than that chest, eh?" He once more moves aside and gestures at the final door of the three for Mari to examine.
Onwen heads that way, grumbling to himself, "Damn ward, too small to detect, flash burned the papers."
The wizard spends less than a minute studying the mirror before poking his head out into the corridor again, "Its a communications device, it can be tuned into similar devices. You have to have the right sigil sequence, but it looks like this mirror is still tuned to the last person these people contacted, I can open the connection easily enough if you wish. It might be dangerous, but we might also learn something."
Mari opens the next door. Another bedroom. A rather lavish one at that. Among other things, there is a copper bathtub in the corner, A wardrobe tall enough to walk into, and a beautiful mirrored vanity. All told, it looks like a woman who is rather vain about her appearance lives here.
Out of Character: One last door remains.
Mari is excited as the lock gives way. She heads down the corridor to the last door by Poljen. With thieves tools in hand she begins working at this last lock.
Lia looks upon Onwen with worry. " Are you okay? I can heal you now if you hurt too badly. Otherwise we can wait until we rest. " She eyes the lavish bedroom with a smile. " This is how civilized people live. So nice… Unbelievable that someone with such good taste could be involved in such a sinister scheme. "
