Fay nods his head and looks to Mari. "Tell me where they are in the room." Once he get's his answer he looks at Nyzahr and Onwen. Follow me in, you may need to cast as well in case me little song does not get them three." He looks at Mari again, "Please open the door M'Lady and step aside so we may enter't."

Out of Character: He casts sleep at 2nd level.

Nyzahr observes the scene and listens intently as Fay shares the contents of the Dragonborn's diary with the rest of them… all the while, she has been looking thoughtfully in the direction of the magic mirror.

When Velon offers to share the magic weapons, she sends an mental inquiry to him as to the use of the Spear, which reminds her a bit of her Armorean Flute Set… there may be a chance she could put it to some use.

As for Onwen's answer, she first gives a shrug, seemingly dismissing her whole plan, then a slow smile creeps upon her lips as a soft blue aura of electrical sparks starts glowing around her (Ie. = tiefling Thaumaturgy cantrip, she just had an "Sparkingly" good idea… ! *chuckles*).

She suddenly jumps on her hooved feet and fires a convoluted series of images to the rest of the Blaze, slowly building in their minds the ébauche of her stratagem…

Out of Character: :

First of all, Daishain you're absolutely right, I forgot a few days had gone by since Nyzahr used Disguise Self, so her spell slot is full again, my mistake.

Now, Nyzahr is intent on trying to contact the enemy through the mirror,
1. Can she activate it ? If not, can Onwen activate it and is he willing to ?
2. Can Nyzahr recall the voice and appearance of the man who was arguing with Cyanwrath ? Did they get his name ? If so, she will take his appearance and imitate his voice through magic. If not, she could try and take Cyanwrath's guise through the same process.

The idea would be for her to use either Disguise Self or Major Image combined with Thaumaturgy (Used for voice effets) to induce whoever is on the other side into the impression that the troops are still here, or that something went wrong, or that Tiamat did start stirring and is rising to life, etc… in short, try anything to confuse them and get them to reveal more about their plans.

Any suggestions or comments on this idea, anyone ?

Onwen casts a sleep spell in conjunction with Fay.

Once again, the spell saves the group effort, as all three men in the room slump over.

The drakes go nuts in their pens as they detect your group, but they cannot get to you. Out of immediate view of the door are six wagons and three handcarts, along with tack and similar supplies for the horses.

Velon pretends to blush at Lia's jab, holds up one figure as to suggest a pause, then puffs out his chest and combs out his beard with his fingers. After feigning his preparations for a charge, he winks at Lia with a grin. The paladin seems to be starting to truly enjoy his time on this mission, despite knowing that the fate of the prisoners is still a serious matter.

Poljen moves forward to the sleeping men. "Once these three are dead we must eliminate the beasts, then make sure we clear the rest of this place." He is already thinking about trying to let one or two drakes out at a time. And then going back to first room where he and Velon left something in the room…

The three are dispatched easily enough.

Letting the drakes out a few at a time will be quite difficult with them riled up as they are. However, firing over the top of the enclosure would be simple enough as an alternative.

"Let's put these beasts to rest and move on. Perhaps some of the men outside are capable of preparing the horses, wagons, and carts. Did someone mention an altar?"

Velon also smiles at Nyzahr and hands her the spear. He sends her a telepathic Message. "For you, my curious friend. I look forward to talking with you more one of these days, if you would."
