The group passes through. Drops of blood lead towards the opposite passage, the one your path would lead you down.
As he walks, Silas pulls a pouch from his belt and holds it up. "There is one more inherent magic ability the duergar often make use of. That of invisibility. I stated before that they're better at ambushes than assaults. That is part of why. I would like someone bringing up the rear with good hearing to take this. Fling a handful of the powder within in the direction of unexpected noises. I only have the one bag however, so try not to waste too much."
Out of Character: note: If you are actually trying to catch up to the duergar, or at least make sure they never get far ahead, you will have to leave the flaming sphere behind. It can only move 30' per round, and doesn't have the option to dash or run.
I'll also need marching order and perception checks.

Out of Character: I'll leave marching order to Geoffroy other than Fay is towards the front. As far as the sphere goes, Fay's sword can probably take it's place. It will eventually grow to light a 30' area. It grows 5' per round that Fay uses an action on it, and he will use his action to make it grow until it reached its full size… which is a total of three actions. That said, moving 30' per round may be all we need. The dwarves aren't our mission and if we can get out without coming in contact with them again it's not a bad thing.
In Character: Fay listens to Silas and looks at Jack. "I be guessing we need to keep our eyes open to see the unseeable now." He grins. "Tis only the impossible they ask of us… when will this mission start being difficult?"
He looks at Silas, "Does this light hurt their ability to be invisible?"
With Fay, Jack, Silas and probably Poljen guarding the front, Velon takes the pouch from Silas and moves to the rear next to Lia. He hands her the pouch. "Care to do the honors? Your hearing is probably better than mine."
Out of Character: It seems the concern is letting the dwarves get far enough ahead to regroup and set a proper ambush versus staying right on their heals, but Velon was happy with the fire and sunlight to protect their front so I won't change his actions based on what Daishain said out of character.
Perception check incoming…
Oswald stands up from a body he was looting. "Wise decision, being aware of potential ambushes. Sad to admit, point is no longer the place for me. I will stick to rearscout and leave point to Jack and Fay. Jharen's eyes and ears are as good as mine, if not better."
Oswald looks around the near empty room, still shining with the brightness of the noonday sun. "Besides, my eyes aren't worth much right now, might as well put my ears to work." He turns to Lia and holds out his hand for the pouch. "If that is alright with you?"
Having cleared the wall, and knowing the sphere will now become more of a nuisance than a boon; he holds up his holy symbol and summons forth Lathander's might, speaking the words; "Facultatem augendae." And in moments his perception ability becomes more focused, as well as that of a few other skills. Upon the speaking of the spell, the flaming sphere fizzled and dissipates.
Out of Character: I cast Enhance Ability on myself to gain advantage on Wisdom checks. Even if Lia doesn't give me the pouch, I'll try to perceive threats.
I'll take rear for placement.

Lia grins and takes the pouch from Velon. " Most men are hard of hearing Velon. I have noticed that in my travels. " Lia winks at him.
Seeing Oswald reach out his hand for the pouch she pulls it back. "Thank you but I'll be keeping this for now. You must prove yourself to us first. You stumbled in your first attempt up front which almost cost us dearly. If you hear something that I miss just let me know. That goes for you as well, Velon. " She clasps her holy amulet and calls upon Sune to bless her. She feels sharper senses as she finishes this.
Out of Character: : She casts guidance on herself. It's at will so she will cast it every minute until they are out of the danger area.

Poppo formed up with the others as they prepared to chase down the duergar, picking a spot near the middle of the party for protection. As they moved forward he peered around looking for any signs of ambush or traps along the floor or ceiling as best as he could.
Out of Character: : I have put out my back something serious. Doing my best to keep up but if I don't reply in a timely fashion, please NPC. A few days should help it at most.
