Being up and alive again Cratol will continue to attack the Dwarfs. He picks up his staff and attacks. He will attack the closest one to him hoping to take it out. Clearing this path is what their goal was. He is attacking with disadvantage now?

Jack gives a quick look around his shoulder at the roaring devil and swears under his breath: "By the Mad Gods of Ixhyn, here's just what we needed, now !".
He catches Mari's eye and points at Fay, who's sprinting towards the horned and winged figure struggling with their guide: "Better let the glorious do the glorious deeds. We got some cleaning up to do here, still… !"
He dives towards the remaining dwarves, waving the sharp tip of his long, flexible end of his blade about their heads with uncanny speed.
Out of Character:
Attacks the dwarf facing Cratol on L10, waiting for an opening to get in with his sneak attack.

Poljen replies to Fay, without looking away from the duergar in front of him, "Be right there!" He swings wildly at the enemy in front of him, doing his best to end another one for the glory of the Snow Lepoards.
Out of Character: : Standard routine. If the dwarf falls, he will turn and move to M16 and be ready for the devil. Not bothering with a Save this round unless Daisahin calls for one.

Poppo looks as the creature shrugs off the effects of the wand and frowns. "Maybe it needs some extra flair to work," he says before preparing to use the wand again. "FEE FIE FOE FUM! GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM!" he yells before uttering the command word again and pointing the wand at the demonic creature.

Mari nods at Jack and stays focused on the duergar that is next to her. She waits a moment while it is defending against Jack and Cratol's attacks and then lunges low aiming her twin blades at the lower torso.
Lia looks at the northern duergar force disintegrating and smiles. The smile is gone a moment later as she sees Fay race towards the devil. She begins yelling loudly. " Damn it. Retreat. Let's go before the shield drops. " Noticing that Poppo was using the wand to possibly affect the devil in some way she thinks quickly. Lia holds her shield high and begins chanting. " Lady Sune, please aid us and bring harm to that devil. " She then flies her broom around the devil carefully making sure to keep out of his reach. Lia will end her turn up by the ceiling in L13.
Specific Action: Lia cast Bane on the Horned Devil. Her spell D.C. Is 14. Mari is using her bonus action to strike with her second shortsword.
Out of Character: : Mari will be striking with sneak attack damage for her first hit upon the duergar due to allies fighting it as well. Edited: Kyrroeth on 6th Aug, 2017 - 7:23pm

Poljen scored a critical on his target. I will roll the extra damage here. If it is enough that the first shot drops the duergar, Poljen would definitely be running to use the second on the devil, to help take the pressure off Silas. If the movement and attack would not work, and the other duergar that is being jumped by Cratol, Mari and Jack is still on its feet, then use the second attack there. But I kind of like the idea of going for the devil…

Velon takes another swing at the devil as he sees Lia fly by. Glad that she is moving to a safer position he backs off from the monster and starts his retreat. "Geoffroy, Poppo, LET'S GO!" As he moves away he sees Fay (And maybe Poljen) approaching "No, no… go, go!" and tries to push them just a little on the arm to turn back.
Out of Character: . Booming blade attack first. Since I've used his Action and can't Disengage he'll just risk the opportunity attack with blur up. No action left to Grapple Fay, but perhaps the Dungeon Master will allow a bonus action of a gentle arm grab just to send the message of turning back. He'll move to L12.
