Velon growls as he slashes at the worm twice more, knowing the whole group is attacking yet there's no sign of the worm falling.

Out of Character: Booming blade and then sorcery points to quicken a second booming blade. Level 3 smite on first hit, level 2 smite on potential second.

Fay sees the damage they have inflicted with some satisfaction. He continues to attack the creature. He sees the bulging and knows Silas is doing his damage to the worm from inside. Afterwards he gets into his parrying posture.

Out of Character: Fay's AC goes up one for his reaction.

Jack loosens another bolt as he comments on the fight: "Looks like I was wrong: Golden Claw's coming out the front side, after all… And did you see that shot I landed there, Oz ? Now, that's how it's done !", then looking at his friend wincing in the light underneath his dark goggles: "Arhm, yes… I guess you didn't see my wonderful shot. Or yours. Or not much of anything else. Never mind: aim low, it's starting to crawl out !"

Aiming low Oswald let's loose another arrow, while maintaining concentration on his spell. Mostly he's just ducking behind some rubble to stay out of the creature's… sight?

Lia nods as the worm rises up. She knows that the battle is in hand now. Casually aiming the wand at the bulk of the worm, lightning lances to the worm.

Mari grits her teeth and gets to her feet. Gripping her swords tightly she charges in and tries to impale the great worm. Her long blond hair streams behind her.

Out of Character: : Mari should have sneak attack for the first hit. She will strike with both blades. Lia cast Lightning Bolt at level 3 from the wand.

Round Three

The party continues its assault, with all but Oswald landing blows. Mari in particular gets a small measure of revenge with a nastily deep strike.

A dense gout of flame issues out of the Worm's mouth, cooking the flesh there before spilling harmlessly on the ceiling. The Worm flips up its tail and strikes at the most obvious target in range, Poljen. The stinger sinks deep into his abdomen before being roughly yanked back out. A thick black substance oozes from the wound.

Twin lightning bolts again strike the creature. It shrieks and starts flailing around in response.

[18 piercing damage to Poljen, which his resistance drops to 9. He needs to make a DC 19 Constitution save. Failure, he takes 46 poison damage. Pass, 23. Don't forget Bless]
