Poljen screams as the pain of the gargantuan stinger and its venom penetrate into his stomach cavity. He remains on his feet, despite the agony. He glares again at the purple worm and just screams as loud as he can as he tries to finish the beast off…
Out of Character: : If by some chance he still has the necklace Silas loaned him, I will roll the CON Save with Advantage. If not, ignore the second roll.
Fay sees the thing spear Poljen and redoubles his efforts… attacking with his two blades in a blur of action. He sings of bravery and sends it Oswald's way. Afterwards he gets into his parrying posture.
Out of Character: Fay's AC goes up one for his reaction. He gives Oswald a 1d8 inspiration die.
Lia gasps as Poljen is pierced by the barbed stinger. Seeing him stagger back worry is evident on her face. Holding her shield high with her holy amulet visible, she calls upon her goddess to pour out healing upon the group. Lia then speaks a few words and gestures towards Poljen and radiant light streams between them and also Velon. Her amulet shines brightly as Sune responds to her follower.
Mari is encouraged by her previous strike and lunges forward again to make sure that it is finished off.
Specific Action: She used her channel divinity to preserve life. Poljen regains 23 hitpoints. Lia then casts healing word level 2 upon Poljen as her bonus action. She will gain 4 hitpoints back due to her blessed healer life domain feature.
Out of Character: : She will move up to get within 30 feet of Poljen. She can only heal him up to half of his total hitpoints with her channel divinity. By my math he was down to 13 hitpoints which only allows Lia to heal him for 23. Paul, if he is in fact lower than 13 hitpoints then she has 7 more hit points that he can have to restore him up to 36 hit points. Edited: Kyrroeth on 15th Aug, 2017 - 9:25pm
Seeing Poljen struck, Oswald steps out from the darkness, the light of the sun sword reflecting off his goggles, casting deep shadows upon cloaked form. He draws his bow taut, fill with inspiration from Fay and direction from Jack; he lets loose the arrow.
He calls upon Lathander to aid in healing Poljen; though he is unaware on what harm the poison will do to him.
Out of Character: I use Healing Word for my bonus action.
